Let’s Move!

Moving helps me move (hah!) that which is no longer serving me: stagnation, frustration, anxiety…it allows me to feel good, look good, and live in a more inspired way. I see humans as being the most versatile movers on the planet, and am continually surprised and excited to move in new ways whilst helping others do the same.

Movement classes with me are tailored towards achieving your goals in a mindful, enjoyable way focused on continual growth. Aspects include:

  • Strength and conditioning

  • Functionality and mobility

  • Endurance

  • Improving joint stability

  • Expanding breathe capacity

In short, we’ll explore the ways you can move, mindfully and experimentally. We’ll do so in way that strengthens you physically and instills in you an excitement to move for no reason other than that you can! 

There is no one movement modality, and all of them have merit.

I am continually expanding my own practice through self-exploration and work with other wonderful teachers, and seek to implement many techniques in my work with clients. These include: Yoga, Qi Gong, various martial arts, animal locomotion, barbell/dumbbell training, strength and conditioning protocols, and more!
